How to Use HackerNoon Inbox

The HackerNoon Inbox helps you communicate directly with the editorial team and support staff. Use it to review drafts, resolve service-related issues, and keep all conversations organized in one place.

Checking in on Your Draft Review

If your draft hasn’t been reviewed within 3–4 business days:

  1. Open your draft’s Story Settings.
  2. Click “Message the editorial team.”
  3. Send your note — it will appear directly in the editors’ inbox.
  4. Expect a reply within 1–2 days.

You can also access all messages anytime at: app.hackernoon.com/inbox

Getting Support for Purchased Services

You can contact support directly from any service order page.

Quick message options include:

  • When will my purchase take effect?
  • I don’t see the translation on my story page.
  • Something went wrong with payment.
  • I cannot activate this service.
  • How can I cancel my order?
  • Something else.

Selecting an option opens a conversation with support inside your Inbox.
