Edit a Story

Edit Draft or Published Story Via Your Dashboard

• Sign in
• Visit your Dashboard (you can also click on dashboard under your thumbnail)
• Click on Draft or Published
• Locate the edit button next to the trash button of the draft or story and click on it

• You will be directed to the draft link.
• Edit to your heart content
• If it's a draft, click Save and your edits are good to go
• If it's a story, click Save and Publish and you will be directed to your story URL on hackernoon.com
• Wait 10-15 minutes for the cache to clear, and refresh your URL to see your change reflected

Edit Published Story Via Your Dashboard

• Locate the Edit story button next to the Published Date of your story and click on it
• You will be directed to the draft link
• Edit to your heart content
• If it's a draft, click Save and your edits are good to go
• If it's a story, click Save and Publish and you will be directed to your story URL on hackernoon.com
• Wait 10-15 minutes for the cache to clear, and refresh your URL to see your change reflected
